  • "What is a Print on Demand Service?"
    A Print on Demand service such as the one we use (Printful) lets us submit our designs to then be printed onto whatever product we want. In our case, t-shirts. They take the need out of having to manage inventory and make it easier to ensure high quality printing setups for our t-shirt designs.
  • "What is the typical processing and shipping time with Print on Demand?"
    The typical process from order submission -> printing -> shipping can take more time than a typical bulk seller. This is due to the order being processed and sent to Printful, afterwhich Printful begins processing the requested design and prints on the t-shirt. After printing has finished, they ship it out to the customer. This is also more environmentally friendly as they only produce the one order on demand, rather than in bulk thus helping reduce environmental waste. Typical times for order submission to shipping/delivery can be upwards of 21 days, however a 7-12 day period is more typical. Please note this is an estimate, processing time on Printful's side is outside of our hands though we do check up on your orders and reach out if there is a delay.
  • "What is your return policy?"
    We offer a 30 day return policy after you receive the t-shirt. We take returns seriously and we want you to truly enjoy your t-shirt, therefore if you have any concerns please reach out to us on our contact page!
